Being one of the oldest cafés in Hong Kong, Hoi On has been standing in Sheung Wan for 65 years. It began as a café catered mostly to sailors around the area, the reason for its name Hoi On; literally meaning “safe sea” in Chinese.

With a history of over 50 years, Shanghai Book Store is famous for its classical literature and archival records. In fact, even its very shop sign was written by the distinguished calligrapher, the late Au Kin Kung.

Graduated from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University in 2017, York’s collection won two awards in the graduation fashion show including the Mickey Lee Fashion Illustration Award from HKFDA.

Opened in Central over 60 years ago, Wah Hing Co. is a specialty store selling antique currency, stamps and western wines.

Mountain founded his design company, launched his couture label MYam Atelier and started his streetwear line 112 mountainyam in 2015. Winning many awards since he started, his collection was chosen to represent HK at ‘The Belt and Road: International Young Fashion Designers Showcase Tour’ in 2018.

Founded in 1952 and famous for their "pantyhose milk tea", Lan Fong Yuen was the first to invent using a specially made "cotton bag" to filter out debris when brewing tea, resulting in a much smoother taste.

Founder of the fashion label PLOTZ, Singchin Lo aims to design comfortable and stylish pieces that emphasise on subtle details. His design philosophy is to combine intricate elements with precise tailoring, showing the beauty of the feminine silhouette.

Opened in the 1960s, Golden China Restaurant is one of the most well-known outlets selling barbecue pork in Hong Kong, and their BBQ pork coupon is a popular Chinese New Year’s gift.

With various awards under his belt, Nelson Leung is an up and coming rising star. For this tee, he playfully reworked the iconic BBQ pork, creating a modern and witty design.

Founded in 1965, Linva Tailor is well known for their cheongsam. The unique Chinese font on their shop signage witnesses the golden age of old Hong Kong.

With extensive experience in high fashion, Otto Tang is the Chief Designer for multi brands under LU LU CHEUNG, and his own label OPlus2.

Founded in the late 19th century, Ser Wong Fun commenced its snake soup business since the 1940’s as a hawker stall on Gilman’s Bazaar in Sheung Wan, later on moving to its current shop on Cochrane Street in Central.

With her own fashion label known as Classics Anew, Janko Lam focused on clothing with an Oriental design, combining traditional tailoring with contemporary fashion production techniques, in order to promote Oriental fashion.

Kung Lee started as a sugar cane farming business and first
opened its shop in Central in 1948.  Since then, a renowned spot
for using family passed-on traditional methods to juice the
freshest and best quality sugar cane drinks.

A fashion design graduate from the Hong Kong Design Institute, Johnson Chong, is now studying for a fashion design degree at Nottingham University. His distinguished designs have won him several fashion awards, including the HKFDA Young Talent Award in 2018.
